Our team consists of expert Designers, Developers and Programmers who can work from anywhere and everywhere. They work at home, in co-working spaces, while traveling and as a nomads - it’s up to them. They are independent freelancers - not our employees, so they are free to choose which projects to work on, and they also work on other projects not related to us at all.

You are Free to Choose

When we receive a new project, we offer it to all the members of our team that are available, who have appropriate skills. You are not obligated to accept the projects we offer to you. If you are not available at that time, or if it does not fit your skill set, or you simply don't want to take it, then we will simply offer it to the other members of our team. While you are not working on our projects you should continue to work on your own freelance projects as you always have. We will continue to offer work to you as we get projects.

Our focus is on high quality with fast delivery. We pay UX designers hourly rates plus a bonus for each field or column designed into the application’s screens and reports. We pay developers flat-rates for the work they do regardless of the time it them to complete it. This allows them to earn more in less time with their expert skills. With your talents, what you can do in 15 minutes might take others 2 hours to do. Now you can earn more from your speed. No longer having to compete with competitors with lower hourly rates!
